Glen founded Zephyr Gas Services in April 2006 to provide skid mounted, modular gas treating equipment. He served as CEO and participated on the board of directors. Zephyr provided new, quality equipment where there was a void in the market in the 60 to 100 gpm amine plants. Its patented, modular, skid-mounted designs provided superior options to permanent plants which require long term construction. Prior to Zephyr, Glen owned an equipment fabrication business with his brother, Kurt Wind, which was sold to Hanover. Glen continued employment with Hanover after the sale and ultimately became Hanover’s head of Gulf Coast Sales and Marketing specializing in processing and treatment.
